We see ourselves not only as a supplier, but also as a development partner:
We plan, calculate, and design cylinders so that they can be seamlessly integrated into the machine.

Outrigger Cylinder
This weight-optimized outrigger cylinder for trailer cranes and aerial work platforms features a hybrid design.
The combination of steel and high-strength aluminum enabled a lighter design and resulted in a weight reduction of approximately 30%.
Dosing Cylinder
This dosing cylinder is used in the chemical industry to precisely dose chemicals. To achieve this, a hydraulic cylinder with an integrated position-measuring system is controlled in the primary section, which then doses the chemical in the secondary section. To protect the secondary section from corrosion, it can be finished with special surface coatings or constructed from stainless steel.
Dual Fall Protection System for Lifting Tables in the Automotive Industry
This dual fall protection system is used as a safety feature in lifting tables in the automotive industry. If a component in the lifting table’s drive train fails, the fall protection system catches the entire upper table, including the vehicle on it.
Fall protection systems must therefore always be designed to match the lift table and the load on it.
Aluminum Articulated Cylinder
Articulated cylinders are located at the highest points of cranes and aerial work platforms. Consequently, the weight along the length of the boom generates a high load component. This cylinder is made entirely of aluminum, except for the piston rod, and achieves a weight reduction of approximately 30%.
Push Plate Cylinder
This heavy-duty cylinder is used to adjust the push plate on a waste compactor. An internal position-measuring system allows the cylinder’s position to be precisely adjusted and verified at any time. Since this cylinder is subjected to very high pressure spikes, critical components must be calculated and simulated using FEM to ensure their fatigue strength.
CFRP Cylinder
This cylinder is installed in a hand-guided straightening press. The precise winding of carbon fiber composite around a high-strength aluminum tube enables cylinders capable of withstanding high loads while significantly reducing weight. The CFRP structure absorbs tangential stresses, relieves stress on the metal core, and enables more compact, weight-optimized designs for mobile or hand-held applications.
Synchronous Cylinder with Spring Assembly
The synchronous cylinder with spring assembly is used in hydraulic actuators to regulate flow (typically in turbine or compressor applications). In combination with the built-in position sensor, high actuating forces can be achieved quickly and precisely. The spring assembly is available in both “spring opens” and “spring closes” configurations, thereby providing an emergency shut-off function. Variants as differential cylinders are also available.
Tandem Cylinder
This tandem cylinder is used in plastics manufacturing. It actuates a valve that diverts the molten plastic. Thanks to its three separate pistons, it can move precisely and repeatably to different positions. Each position is detected by proximity switches.
Extension Cylinder
This lightweight cylinder extends the main boom of a mobile crane. Despite a piston diameter of 80 mm and a stroke of 6,000 mm, it weighs only 74 kg. This is made possible by the use of high-strength aluminum alloys, which significantly reduce the weight. Only the piston rod is made of steel.
Gripper Cylinder
This gripper cylinder is characterized by its high durability. The cylinder barrel has thick walls, and the piston rod is protected by a protective sleeve. A damping mechanism is located at the bottom. As a result, the cylinder is designed for extreme environmental conditions and can withstand both high pressure spikes and external impacts.
Applications
Hydraulic cylinders are everywhere, but you rarely notice them.
They move swivel arms, support cranes, control valves, lift loads, lock tools in place,
steer axles, or dampen forces. In construction machinery, agricultural equipment, presses, vehicles,
recycling plants, cranes, wind power, or in heavy-duty material handling. Anywhere where a great deal of force
needs to be precisely controlled.
If you look more closely, you’ll find them in almost every industry.
Unobtrusive in the background, yet indispensable for movement, safety, and productivity.

SOME QUESTIONS
We don’t have a catalog, but feel free to send us a quick inquiry—we might have a cylinder in our system that, with just a few adjustments, would work for your project.
Our designs and developments are created entirely in Lübbecke. We either manufacture the individual parts ourselves or source them from our extensive network of suppliers.
The purchased parts, of course, undergo rigorous quality control.
The more, the better! Let’s talk about your application so we can understand what it’s all about and support you as your development partner.
We’ll cover dimensions, installation spaces, cycles, speeds, service life, and much more.
Depending on the configuration, we can directly manufacture pistons with diameters up to 400 mm and strokes up to 7 meters. For larger dimensions, we collaborate with partners and suppliers.
WELDING
Our Welding Shop
Certified to DIN EN ISO 3834, we perform TIG and MIG
welding. We use robots and rotary indexers specifically for hydraulic cylinders. Inductive preheating ensures low residual stresses and a long service life for the components.
